First Doctors Appointment

So we had our first major Doctors Appt. today!! We got to hear the baby's heart beat and everything! It was so cute! Almost sounds like a washer machine! Very faint but very real!! They did other doctorish things like take blood for different test,  all those lovely woman test (that every woman dreads) and tons and tons of questions... oh joy! We also got the first sonogram scheduled for next Wed. the 27th. So after scrambling to get the house clean (in-laws are coming in today) and 3 long hours at doctors office, a run to taco bell and now home entertaining the in-laws, I am now bushed!! So I guess I will update at a later time!

BABY ON THE WAY!!!

YESTERDAY WE FOUND OUT THE GREATEST NEWS EVER!!!! We went to the Doctors and found out that WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A BABY!!!!! Yeah!! I have been pretty sick for the past couple of week and thought that I just had a bad case of the flu or something... well it turns out that I just suffer from the wonderful case of morning sickness!! Which I have found out in a hurry that morning sickness does not not just last the few hours of the morning - nope for me it last for about 24 hours give or take a few minutes!!!! ( I have decided we should hunt down and hang the GUY who coined the phrase 'Morning Sickness')

So anyways, on to the good news I am already 5 1/2 weeks and the Due Date is set for April 20 or there about! Yep thats right the day after my b-day and 5 days before Kevs birthday! We will just keep the b-days close that way we only have to celebrate once a year! J/K okay well we will keep ya'll updated now and then! Hope all of you are have a great end of the summer!!!

Wow its been a while... so here is sort of an update on my life...as requested...

--> ONE WEEK FROM TODAY I AM FREE FROM THIS JOB THAT IS ABOUT TO DRIVE MY INSANE!!!!!!

--> I GET ON A PLANE IN 11 DAYS TO GO SEE MY SISTER IN MONTANA!!!!

--> I ALMOST RAN OVER A TURTLE ON AMBLER STREET YESTERDAY AND I DECIDED TO GO PICK IT UP AND TAKE IT HOME! I NAMED HIM HERMY!

--> I HAVE NOT FOUND A NEW JOB SO AS OF NEXT FRIDAY I WILL BE UNEMPLOYED!

--> I USED A CARPET STEAM CLEANER FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE.

--> I WENT ON A SHOPPING SPREE, WHILE KEV IS GONE TO YOUTH CAMP, I HOPE HE DOES NOT GET TO UPSET!

okay well thats all I got right now. My laptop is running low  on battery so I better get going. Hope life is well for ya'll!

IT'S A BOY!!!

My nephew Austin Kenneth Cavalcant was born on Friday May 19th, 2006 at 6:22pm (AZ time)!! He is a perfect healthy baby boy who weighed in at 7lbs 8oz! He is now home with Mom & Dad and everyone is doing great! Congrats Jen & Chris! I Love you all and will see you in June!!

Our First Garden

Hey Everybody!!!
Just thought I would update my page a little.... Well we have planted a garden! With help from a few friends (Dustin & Darin) we have finally got our very first garden started! I do have to admit that I was a little skeptical, but on friday our first plant popped up and lots more have followed since then! Here are some pics....
